Need to slow down? Forgotten how to?

Make time to re-align with nature’s rhythms by joining this small group for a weekend of gentle early-ish morning yoga classes (postures/breathing practices/guided meditation), periods of silence, a flower healing ceremony, some simple chanting/singing, and plenty free time to relax, walk, sleep - do whatever your body, mind and spirit needs. 

Take away simple tools and techniques to smooth out the roller coaster ride of life.
