Towards Freedom Body and Mind
This five-day retreat with Sister Shalom and Toni Calder is a chance to deeply relax and revitalize your well-being on all levels
We will weave seamlessly through periods of formal practice, of yoga, sitting and walking meditation, and informal contemplation, and deep presence practice. The retreat will unfold in a peaceful and gentle contemplative energy, resting and listening to our body and our deepest calling to live fully in touch with the present moment .
Supported by wonderful conditions, resting into the community of Mindful Living, the grace of nature and the tranquillity of a quieter presence, we allow ourselves the gift to simply arrive. To arrive home to ‘Being’
